In addition, some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, and some do not allow the exclusion of limitations of incidental or consequential damages. Accordingly, limitations as to these matters contained herein may not apply to you.

This warranty does not apply to compressors unless the installation procedures provided by Aero Climate Control, Inc are followed in their entirety. See Compressor Limited Warranty.

Compressor Limited Warranty

Aero Climate Control, Inc warrants compressors to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of 1 year from date of sale to the first purchaser. Ultimate responsibility of warranty and length or term of warranty lies with each manufacturer, and therefore all manufacturers’ warranties will prevail.
