A/C Parts Warehouse’s products carry a one year limited warranty.   All products are warranted to be free from any manufacturing defects in material and workmanship.   A/C Parts Warehouse’s liability is limited to the replacement of any part found to be defective according to the manufactures standards. Claims for labor and indirect consequential damage or loss will not be covered by A/C Parts Warehouse Inc.

Warranty Product return procedure:

1.       All products must be purchased from A/C Parts Warehouse Inc.

2.       All products returned to A/C Parts Warehouse Inc. must have a Return Goods Authorization Number.

3.       Customer is responsible for all freight charges for returning any product.

4.       All shipments returning to A/C Parts Warehouse Inc. must be clearly marked or labeled on the outside of the container with the RGA number.

5.       Any shipment not labeled with a RGA number will be rejected at the dock.

6.       Each product must have a brief description of the malfunction of the item.   *** see below list for ***

7.       All products will be inspected and warranty credit will be issued with 30 days of receipt of product.

8.       Warranty credits can only be used and applied against an off setting order for the same amount. Warranty credits can not be applied or used for payment on open account balances.

9.       All rejected product will be returned to customer, freight collect via best way **please specify method of shipping or to scrap and destroy product**

10.   A copy of the original invoice is required to obtain warranty credit.

11.   Please go to www.acparts.com and click on warranty and returns.  You can down load a copy of the RGA request form to fill out and fax to us @ 1-972-722-9488.   Once we receive the RGA request form we will issue a RGA number and fax back confirmation.   ** don’t ship any warranty parts back without the RGA number, it will be refused at the dock**

******Warranty Rejection List*****

1. Customer Damage or alteration.
2. Shorted out diode due to coil wire being spliced and wires hooked up wrong.
3. Red scorched clutch due to excessive heat build up from high head pressure.
4. Contamination in system. ( black death )
5. Locked up do to improper oil capacity or lack of oil.
