Return Policy
It is our goal at
A/C Parts Warehouse Inc. to have a return policy that is beneficial to our
customers and us. Changes in the market have forced us to invoke a strict
return policy. Our return policy is designed to be easy, quick and effective.
Please read and follow the policy below.
1.
All products returned must be pre-approved and a
Return Authorization Number(RA#) attached.
2.
The product must be purchased from A/C Parts
Warehouse Inc.
3.
A/C Parts Warehouse
is not responsible
for any product returned without RA#.
4.
Product returned to A/C Parts Warehouse without
prior approval will be refused and returned freight collect.
5.
The product must be returned freight prepaid.
6.
All products should be labeled as to what type of
return it is. For example, new returns should be labeled new. Please refer
to the warranty policy for warranty returns.
7.
Special order items, special built compressors and
special ordered parts are non-returnable.
8.
Product returned as new should be in clean,
marketable condition. If repackaging is required, an additional 15% restocking
fee will be charged.
9.
Product that is delivered locally should be
returned immediately. Product returned 10 days after the delivery date is
subject to a 15% restocking fee.
10.
Installed products or products that have been
tampered with, such as broken security tape or resealed boxes, are
non-returnable.
11.
Both dated and regular accounts must be
current.
Core Returns

returning cores should follow the steps listed above.
